Who we are

Lunura Health & Wellness, LLC ("Lunura," "we," "us") operates the website lunurahealth.com and a medical spa and wellness clinic in Farmington, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, join our email or text lists, contact us, or become a client, and how we use and protect it. Medical records and other protected health information created when you receive care are governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which we provide at your first visit.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website, and our marketing messages are intended for adults.

Text-message (SMS) marketing

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use a messaging platform to send texts on our behalf; that provider processes your number only to deliver our messages and may not use it for its own purposes.

When you join our email list you agree to receive marketing and informational emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at beyond@lunurahealth.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop appointment confirmations or other messages needed to deliver services you have requested.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as our email and text-messaging platform, website host, scheduling and patient-management software, and payment processor. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• With our clinical team as needed to schedule and deliver your care.
• When required by law, such as to respond to a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lunura, our clients, or others.
• In a business transfer, if Lunura is merged, acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site and our messages are used. • Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email beyond@lunurahealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep certain records where the law requires it, including consent records and medical records.
